NFL Draft 2016: Seattle Seahawks Day 3 selections

Seahawks take Cal WR Kenny Lawler, Clemson RB Zac Scott in seventh round

The Seattle Seahawks have drafted Maryland defensive tackle Quinton Jefferson with eighth pick (147th overall) of the 5th round.

It was an incredible season that capped an unlikely career at Notre Dame. They are scheduled to pick three times in an eight-pick span late in the third round. "I want them to be that role model and show them they can do anything they want". Even Myles Jack was on the board, which would have made for one of the more interesting selections in the first round.

The running back is listed as 6 feet 1/2 inches and 220 pounds.

The Petersburg, Va., native did it all for the Irish. Ifedi's sophomore season was marked by a change in position to right tackle, where he started a total of 11 games with two missed from an MCL injury. Before that, he played primarily safety and wide receiver.

The Razorbacks have a rich and storied running back tradition, and Collins added to the lore and legend in Fayetteville by posting three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons, one of only three running backs in SEC history to do so.

His breakout season came as a junior in 2014, as he more than doubled his receptions and yards. After taking some time to evolve into the position, Prosise turned into a unsafe receiver capable of the big play, as well as a threat to run the ball with jet sweeps. Check back soon for further details.

Marshawn Lynch may be retired, but the Skittles are sticking around for now. The Seahawks see him as a right tackle that can also play some guard in the future. Seattle has traded up sparingly with Schneider and Pete Carroll in charge, most notably a year ago when the Seahawks moved up to draft All-Pro Tyler Lockett.

"It's all going to be about scheme fit for him", Miller said in a phone interview last week. "It's a lot of fun working with them and learning something new, especially since I didn't think I could do it".

All Prosise did was turn into one of the most explosive running backs Notre Dame has ever had. It didn't matter where on the field he was playing.

"It's great to know that they really wanted me". "I watched "Lord of the Dance" on YouTube a few times, and kind of got it from there".
