Camille Cosby ordered to testify in defamation go well with towards Bill

Camille Cosby has been married to the comedian for over 50 years

His legal team accused the women of trying to subject Camille Cosby to the shame of answering questions about her husband's alleged infidelities.

More than that, Camille also has reportedly told a close Cosby Family friend that Bill deserves all the hell he's going through at the moment - but reportedly stopped short of saying Bill deserves jail.

A lawyer for the women, Joseph Cammarata, argued last month that he should be able to question Camille Cosby because he believed she had "information that's relevant to the litigation in this matter". She's been fighting giving a deposition, but that's not because she wants to keep protecting Bill, it's because it's so humiliating.

Camille was subpoenaed in early December as part of a defamation lawsuit that was brought against her husband by Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie.

Lawyers for Ms Cosby said the 71-year-old should be excused from an upcoming deposition, citing the MA marital disqualification law.

Throughout all the charges of sexual assault and embarrassment, Camille Cosby has remained by her husband Bill Cosby's side.

Cosby is now free on 1 million United States dollars bail, and his lawyer has said that the entertainer is not guilty and will not consider a plea bargain. The said assault is not a new thing faced by the actor as he was reported to be in front of other three felony charges due to indecent assault and multiple same charges by various individuals. It was sent on New Year's Eve from Cosby's Twitter account. She said that on one occasion in 2004, he gave her pills and wine, which made her unresponsive and unable to move, allegedly enabling him to sexually assault her.

She settled a civil case against Cosby for an undisclosed sum in 2006. Across a courtroom, the grandfather of American comedy will finally come face to face with a succession of angry women who for years have accused him of rape.
